By participating as a Brand Partner with Everyday Lux Perks, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Partnership Agreement The Brand Partner agrees to provide the agreed discount, promotion, service, or offer outlined in the Brand Partner Application Form to eligible Everyday Lux Perks members. 2. Accuracy of Information The Brand Partner confirms that all information provided, including business details, contact information, and promotional offers, is true and accurate at the time of submission. 3. Promotion Details All promotions, discounts, and offers are subject to approval by Everyday Lux Perks. Everyday Lux Perks reserves the right to decline, modify, or remove any offer that does not align with the brand values or partnership standards. 4. Offer Fulfilment The Brand Partner is responsible for honouring the agreed promotion or service for the duration specified in the partnership agreement. 5. Branding & Marketing The Brand Partner grants Everyday Lux Perks permission to use the business name, logo, social media handles, promotional images, and offer details for marketing and promotional purposes across digital, print, and social media platforms. 6. Changes to Offers The Brand Partner agrees to provide reasonable notice to Everyday Lux Perks regarding any changes, pauses, or cancellations to the agreed offer or promotion. 7. Professional Conduct Both parties agree to maintain professional and respectful communication throughout the partnership period. 8. Liability Everyday Lux Perks is not responsible for disputes, losses, damages, or issues arising from products, services, bookings, or transactions provided by the Brand Partner. 9. Termination Either party may terminate the partnership at any time with written notice. 10. Acceptance By signing below, the Brand Partner acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
